Compliance and alignment of the admission policy

Our customer care personnel and teachers have been trained to assess the student’s entry behavior and determine the most suitable level for the learners. We do allow parents to have their learner’s access class before admission for the learners to have a feel of learning environment. This is meant to give the parent and the learner a perspective in to how classes are run which often help with making the decision to enroll. Often this is done before parents pay any fees, and it’s to a maximum of one day.

After test class, the parent is expected to decide if they wish to enroll and upon deciding to do so, they are supposed to register themselves via our website/portal, after reading service terms and conditions agreement.
