We are excited to announce the launch of our Entrepreneurship Club for students this September at Sunrise Virtual School! This club will give students practical skills and real-world knowledge to help them succeed in business. Over the course of a year, students will take part in an engaging program that will end with a certificate from the Global Peace Foundation for those who complete it successfully.
Additionally, students will learn how to set their own financial goals, manage their finances effectively, and assist in filing tax returns. These essential financial skills will prepare them for the practical aspects of running a business and ensure they are financially literate. Each month, the club will dive into one of these important topics. Alongside this, students will work on a hands-on project where they will identify a problem, come up with a solution, write a business plan, register a company (through proxy), apply for necessary licenses, develop a marketing plan, pitch to investors, and open a bank account.
